We loved the beautifully appointed rooms and the fact that all of our boys had their own beds. The staff was amazing and even accommodated us with breakfast and coffee at 6:45am before breakfast started due to an early departure which they had set up a water taxi for us since it raining.

Exceptional, peaceful location within a 5 minute stroll to the heart of Venice. The room was overlooking the Lagoon and main promenade. Everything was as shown on their website and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Comvined with an extensive buffet breakfast we could not have hoped for a better place to stay for 5 nights.
