The hotel is located by the lake, have incredible view. Room is nice and clean. They have private onsen, you can book during your stay. They have staffs that can speak English and services are exceptional. They provide transportation to-from tourist destinations. Breakfast & Dinner are very good!

The host gave us all the support he can. When we were facing an accident which need to contact the local party, he try his very best to help us. The host can use fluent English and translate with Japanese.
