The unit is clean and spacious, really good for family, 9 mins walk to station which can access to different areas in Tokyo. Near to convenience store and some good shop as well.

The apartment was extremely clean and spacious for a family of four. It was also extremely well equipped and had everything one could need for living (just not knives for eating, but that's the only thing we missed!)

Love every aspect of this place! Highly recommend!!! The surrounding Kyodo area has a quite a few nice Cafes where they do their own coffee roastings - perfect for coffee lovers! Also our Host Naomi has nicely equipped the places with high-end Belmuda appliances which make the staying even more delightful. Last but not least - it feels very safe to walk around in this area ( Kyodo street lights are the brightest ever;)

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is incredibly convenient with easy access to transportation. The host was very responsive and promptly addressed any issues we had. Although the air conditioning took a bit of time to start up, it worked perfectly and kept the place cool and comfortable. Highly recommend!
