The room was a good size, very clean, and had a great power shower. We also liked the selected bedsheets, towels, and the pajama set provided by the owners. The owner couple were incredibly hospitable and welcoming.

It was a very memorable stay at Hotel Plaza Kobe. I highly recommend for those travellers that want a peaceful and relaxing stay. It just a couple of train stations to Osaka, the nearby hotel has bus stations to Universal Studios Japan and shopping district in Sanomiya good for elderly persons. The staff of the hotel are very courteous and helpful even assisted me when I lost my personal belongings in the train. We will definitely comeback specifically their skybbq grill which serves premium Kobe beef and chicken

The hotel exceeded our expectations. After 40 days of traveling our bodies were quite worn out and the time in the hotel helped us recover since the room had a massage chair, bubble bath and skin care. It was an unforgettable experience since I had never been in a place like this. Congratulations to all the staff.

A great Ryokan experience. Located in a quiet place on a hill with a nice view. Very polite and helpful staff.
The kayseki dinner was fantastic: long, various and overall impressing.
We also greatly enjoyed the onsens which are very authentic with outside pools. We were surprised to attend the onsens all alone though there were quire many people staying the same night with us. Unforgettably experience.
In addition, a private bath is available for couples as well, we enjoyed it, too.
We took a massage course and I can definitely recommend it as well.
All the prices for additional services are super reasonable.
