Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff. Rainshower shower in its own room. Spacious room. Most sophisticated toilet system of all my stays. Hard and very good beds. Nothing to complain.

Loved the public bath and facilities around including the relaxing room with vending machines and the free ices on the evening and Yakult in the morning. The location was also great, right in the heart of Motomachi Chinatown area and walking distance to the train station to get around Kobe if you wanted to.

Good, central location, comfortable bed and good shower/bath. The WiFi and TV worked well. Fridge and an electric kettle, mugs and glasses provided in the room, microwave in thelobby. Friendly staff.

Room was amazing. So wonderful to have a bath with such a great view. Large balcony to enjoy drinks. Mini bar in the room was very reasonably priced. Great bonus to have breakfast delivered to your room at a time of your choosing.
