Great location! Only a few minutes by walk from Sannomiya station. Lots of bars and good food around. Walking distance to mountain, waterfalls and ropeway to herbal garden. The local sento (bathhouse) is among the best I've been to in Japan.

Everything felt luxurious. Staff was very helpful even when we arrived late at night. Room was very spacious, beds really comfortable, bathroom super big. The view spectacular. Big TV. Check-in really smooth. After having to cancel a booking in another place it was amazing to find this place at the last minute. It exceeded my expectations.

Location and hotels personels were quite nice. We arrived before check-in time but they allowed us to check-in earlier. We put out luggeges in our room and we had time to wander around Sannomiya. The hotel is very close to train station. Cofee and some beverages were free in restaurant at certain hours. If you have a plan to visit Kobe, I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Daiwa Roynet Hotel for our last night in Japan before flying home from Kansai Airport. It is conveniently located in Sannomiya, close to the train station, the Airport Limousine bus stop and many shops and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious for this type of hotel and way more luxurious than I expected for the very reasonable price! The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. I made an error when booking and they promptly helped me to fix it (and spoke excellent English, which was helpful as I was unable to explain my mistake with my limited Japanese!)
I look forward to staying again next time I visit Kobe!
