Everything was clean, new and worked very well. The washing machine came in very handy if you are travelling for long, the bathroom had a drying function for your clothes. The microwave had a toasting function so it was very easy to make breakfast for two people. Staff was great. Even though all the staff didn’t know English, they managed to get the information through which was very appreciated! The location is good, close to the subway and a quiet area. 30 min walk to Fushiminari!

The apartment perfectly matches its description — spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. Its location is excellent, just a short walk from Fushimi Inari and conveniently close to the train station, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The washing machine with dryer was the best we found during our month in Japan — it worked perfectly! A truly pleasant stay that we would happily recommend.

It was a lovely experience to live in a 200 years old traditional machiya. I was skeptical at first, but the house was neatly renovated, making it very comfortable to live in. The location was perfect (3 minutes from the station). The owner of the house, who lives next door was very friendly. He introduced us to many local specialties, especially the local Sake (桃の???) was absolutely delicous.

We had an amazing time with our two dear old daughter in this beautiful house. Everything was clean and well organised, the beds are very comfortable. The neighbourhood is charming and gives you a bit of fresh air escaping the busyness of the city. It is lovely to walk along the canal, and also easy to reach by train. Chiho welcomed us and gave us great tips, she was helpful during all the stay. I highly recommend this place, we could not be happier.
