It was amazing! I arrived before check-in time but could leave my suitcase there. When I returned in the afternoon, the owners had already brought my suitcase upstairs. The room and shared space are super comfortable, clean, with great facilities. The owners speak little English but we managed to communicate perfectly.

Our stay here was lovely. The house and rooms are awesome and they have everything you could possibly need. The location is in one of the quieter areas of Kyoto. It is in a lovely residential area. Funaoka is in walking distance and we really enjoyed going to the baths in the evening. The owners were so friendly and helpful! They even offered us a ride to the train station because it was raining. Really outstanding hospitality. When we come to Kyoto again, we would love to stay again!

agoThis is by far the best hotel i have ever stayed at. Beautiful hidden gem The room was spacious and having your own private onsen was amazing. The staff were very kind and helpful. Pros: - hotel looks so pretty and has that traditional Japanese style -Spacious room, clean and looks so neat. -arrival little sweets - you have all the stuff you need in this hotel including makeup removes, facial toners and serum. -private onsen. -beds are super comfortable -staff are helpful and friendly -able to send your luggage to your next destination - 15 mins walk from the station - there are cafes and familymart nearby. Thank you for having us. We had the best time staying at your hotel.
