Eveything! The location is perfect, the rooms are stylish and very comfortable (amazing pillows!!), and we really enjoyed the onsen :)
There’s water dispensers and washing+drying machines which are very convenient. We also appreciated the fact that they kept our luggage before check-in and after check-out. All in all a great value for money. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel because we found it too expensive (2200¥ per person) - maybe it would have been cheaper when booked together with the room? But we managed with the nearby shops such as Caffe Veloce, Hollys and Family mart.
