Nice room, informative tv interface (shows which laundry machines are in use and for how long, crowdedness of breakfast and onsen, possibility to stream etc.), very spacious bed, comfy although a little bit too hard for my taste, nice breakfast as well. Good location close to metro station.

My wife left her purse in the cab. We asked the hotel staff for help because the cab was caught on the street and we didn't take a receipt for the trip, so we didn't know the name of the cab company. The girl at the front desk first called all the cab companies in Kyoto and then contacted the police. Our bag was found there. The hotel staff member made every effort and helped us a lot. We would like to thank her for that and say that we would love to come back to this hotel again!

Everything has been excellent. The staff has always been very friendly with us, since the first moment: they kept our luggage, they recommended us how to move around the city and they sent our luggage to the next hotel. The breakfast was awesome, and it was the best out of all the hotels we visited in Japan. It included both Western and Asian options. It also has many restaurants inside the hotel, and there is amazing Onsen (warm bath). Moreover, it is next to the fish market, where it is possible to access through a sidewalk from the hotel and it has a free entrance. Finally, the location is pretty close to Kyoto station (1 stop by train ~10 minutes). If I had to stay again in Kyoto, I would definitely stay again in Emion Kyoto Hotel.

Amazing design, very clean, stylish and well-thought rooms. Lots of details that made our stay comfortable and pleasant. We stayed at Hollywood corner room, it was rather spacious for Japan. Nice sleeping robes provided by the hotel. Would love to buy them🫶🏻
The breakfasts were also delicious, good value for money.
Also the location is just perfect. We also loved the guide provided by the staff with suggestions on food places and tourist attractions, including shops. Bought chopsticks in the shop they recommended!

We had a great experience here - the hotel is located right next to the park and offers beautiful views from the balcony and the rooftop terrasse. The staff was thoughtful and all of the collaborations with local companies to provide additional drinks and snacks were such a lovely surprise. The room was super spacious and clean and the area around the hotel was calm, but dotted with little restaurants and cafes. Super stay!
