The staff is warm and explain everything to me. The location of hostel is perfect and you can walk to Kyoto Station only for 5 mins. Also the hostel facilities meet most of requirement from guests. You can cook and do the laundry easily in the lobby.

It’s new, clean and spacious. Went in summer, kids enjoyed the pool activities in VIVA SQUARE KYOTO located near the hotel. Hotel is located just 1 minute walk from the Umekoji JR station, which is one stop from Kyoto. Has Kyoto aquarium and Kyoto rail museum which is couple of minutes by walk.
