The breakfast was one of the best meals I've had during our Japan trip. The interior design is also very well thought-out and is very authentic to Kyoto. I also loved the amenities and all the free post-onsen treats. The staff were also. very accommodating in storing our luggage pre-check-in.

Very nice hotel with nice common spaces like drink room (drinks for free), play room, library, room for vinyls …
Good breakfast and big room. It’s good for families with kids. Nearby there is aquarium and trains museum.
It’s little bit on a side so it’s quite but close to JR station.
View from common terrace is nice and if You take room with park view it will be even better ;)

Every floor has an ice dispenser, iron and iron table which we found very useful. Room was comfortable and there more than enough space. Public bath was comfortable and relaxing after walking around Kyoto.
