Excellent location within 5-10 mins walk to Kyoto Station and Bus Terminal. Free flow of coffee, tea, chocolate and matcha in the day. Free luggage storage before check-in and after checkout. Beautiful, well designed room in excelent location, super-kind, English speaking staff, modern approach to room maintenance (you get a sweet award, if you don't ask for making up your room :) at the front desk you can hire a high quality speaker, ac adaptors or even a projector at no charge. 22 pieces is a great experience, highly recommended.

The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the location was perfect and quite close to the train and bus stations. The hotel staff were very helpful and there was a luggage delivery service that was quite handy. I loved everything about this hotel, comfortable, clean and amazing room and location for the price! Also there is a free onsen everyone can use!
