Nicely laid out room with a bit of extra space compared to other Japanese hotel rooms. Very well presented & great air-con (heat pump) for us, as the weather was hotter than expected on our trip.
Short walk to Toji shrine, and the Toji railway station is right across the road, although the main Kyoto station wasn't too difficult a walk, either.
Nice reading area on the ground floor with free coffee, tea & nibbles on hand for hotel guests.

Amazing value! Great and big room, fridge, microwave and possibility to cook (didn't try). Great bathroom.
5 minutes walk from the station.
Close to some shopping mall with food court and toy stores etc.
I think they only have official 2 star because of the fact that they don't have a gift shop/ restaurant etc.

The smell in the lobby was awesome. Everything else worked perfectly as well. Very close to the Kioto Railway Station made it greatly located. The room was spacious and very convenient. Highly recommended!

Wonderful little hotel with amazing rooms like tiny apartments with everything you need..kitchen, washing machine, comfy beds, little things provided like coffee, tee, detergent, slippers, shower gel,...very nice staff...about 10min walking from train station...on the way there we saw one street with so many little restaurants...gion is quite a walk about 40min but we enjoy seeing the city like this...very clean, really highly recommended

Very private homestay, intelligently designed in a small space so we could have a kitchen, a private bathroom and a spacious room. The location is very good as well, just in front of a temple. The checkin procedure was flawless. Highly recommended this place !
