It was very clean and comfortable. The receptionists are very polite, helpful, and speak English. The location is perfect - near the Kyoto station and surrounded by convenience stores. It was a pleasant stay.

Everything. Location is great, few restos around, big shopping mall just next to the hotel. Extremely nice and helpful staff, my children didnt want to leave. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The cherry on top was a small tv in the bathroom.

Beautiful, well designed room in excelent location, super-kind, English speaking staff, modern approach to room maintenance (you get a sweet award, if you don't ask for making up your room :) at the front desk you can hire a high quality speaker, ac adaptors or even a projector at no charge. 22 pieces is a great experience, highly recommended.

The reading area and coffe-tea station, was fantastic. There is a small store in the corner, enough to buy dinner and the hotel has everything easy, to heat it and a perfect area to eat it.
The breakfast had everything excellent quality and the baggage storage, could be easily be left till the afternoon.
Would love to stay again. It also has washing and drying machines... great detail.

The smell in the lobby was awesome. Everything else worked perfectly as well. Very close to the Kioto Railway Station made it greatly located. The room was spacious and very convenient. Highly recommended!

If i could give them more than 10 i would say 100. The room is pretty simple, nothing that fancy or expensive but the owners are so kind and welcoming. They were super kind and helpful, the whole stay at the inn was more than awesome. The best hotel of my stay in Japan

The hotel is very centrally located in the heart of Kyoto. It is very easy to get to the central station from there and also use the local subway station. Very comfortable room, spacious, excellent bathroom (the automated toilet is wonderful!) and good aircon. I had to leave my bags with the hotel for a few hours when I checked out and the staff were very helpful.
