This is just amazing. The cleanness is absolutely perfect. Incredible clean. I come from hospitality industry and understand how hard is to keep the facilities clean but this hotel has exceeded my expectations. The bath available for women is great to Hotel staff is super kind The location is perfect. Some lines you can access by elevator from the hotel while the others are 3min across the street. Important to say - there is no noise. The coffee in the room was awesome too

Excellent customer service from check in staff Very welcoming Units are compact, as is common in Japan, with all you need eg. kitchenette, washing machine, comfortable bed, bath/ shower combined. We had a great stay again, and were very pleased with their luggage storage service during our bike tour of Biwako.

I loved that there is free water and tea, everyone working there was very nice and professional, and the breakfast is just amazing. The room space is used in a clever manner and it is quiet.

The hotel was awesome. It was clean, the beds where comfortable, there was a tv with Holu. A place for baggage, separate bathroom from the shower. There were new bed sheets everyday and even pijamas in the style of Haori. The hotel has a public hot bath.

The Meal was amazing had the raw wagyu and was one of the best meals I had on my trip to Japan.
