The apartment is located relatively centrally (8 min tube ride to the central station) with a lot of local amenities and a spacious car park on site. It is a modern styled apartment, which is pretty comfortable to spend a few nights while in Nagoya. There are two separate bedrooms, small but comfortable. Air conditioning in every room, which you need even out of the hot season for ventilation -- the area is busy and noisy and the apartment is on the ground floor with bedroom facing the fence and the parking lot -- therefore opening windows is not really a great option. But aircons are good, quiet and soft (when needed to be such). There is a well equipped kitchen and a plenty of space in the living room. There is a bath tab and a separate walk-in shower, a washing machine and everything one could expect. The key for the code-lock was delivered remotely, so there was no challenge checking-in or out.

All amenities and facilities were well provided for and the accommodation was clean. The bathroom and laundry facilities were well designed and there is plenty storage for luggage. The double bed and pillows were comfortable and towels were clean and fluffy.

The location is within walking distance of the train station. It was easy to collect the key, and the instructions were very clear. The owner replied promptly to my message through booking. com chat. The room was spacious and clean. I rented the apartment for 3 people. There are 2 single beds in the room. Another person has to sleep on the sofa, but luckily, the sofa is quite big. Overall, I am very happy with the stay!
