I cannot thank the hotel enough for allowing us to borrow their wheelchair because unfortunate for us, the wheels of my mother's wheelchair broke on the airport and with my mom's age and weak legs, she wouldn't be able to manage and enjoy our 9 days trip. Lucky for us, we chose this hotel. A very good decision. Again, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
The hotel is very close to Nagoya station, Bic Camera and a LOT of restaurants. In short, the location is PERFECT. Our rooms were Standard Double Room and Deluxe Double Room. It was big for Japanese standard and with two tables which I love. Checking in and checking out was also a breeze.
Basic amenities like toothbrush with toothpaste, coffee and tea were provided beside the elevator. There's also a microwave oven on the ground floor. Washing Machine is also available. Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
