Very clean. It was easy to check in and out. They allowed us to store our luggage for the day, even after we checked out. They also gave us a free drink ticket for each person.

Great location between Nagoya station and Sakae. Beautiful furnishings. Exquisite complimentary amenities (specifically the Bulgari products). Wonderfully helpful staff - Ms. Nakagawa in particular - who assisted us and eagerly provided for every request.

The staff were amazing !
The room was amazing, with modern touches of luxury, spotless clean, spacious, awesome coffee, kid's felt at home with the streaming channels and Netflix on a big screen and the in room washing machine was a cherry on top of this 10/10 hotel.

Everything about our stay at The Tower Hotel Nagoya was absolutely exceptional!! Never stayed in a more fantastic hotel in my life - the staff were the standout at this property as they were so genuinely kind, welcoming and helpful. The welcome drinks + desserts were so special and lovely, I left a small thank you note mentioning which ones our favourites were and they brought more of those favourites the next day?!?! so unexpected and lovely. The breakfast was PHENOMENAL, such a wonderful experience to have while we looked out over the city. The rooms were fantastic and super spacious (my partner especially liked how comfy the pyjamas were), super comfortable beds too! We’ll definitely be coming back!!!

The location is nice, close to popular place but also quiet. Room is clean, and equipment is well than sufficient. Glad we stay here for our stay in Nagoya.

We stayed in the Kaze room at Giu-gizai Osu and had a great experience. The place is clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is convenient, about 500 meters or a 6-minute walk from the nearest metro station. If you’re carrying a lot of luggage, taking a taxi from Nagoya Station is a good option.
The host was very friendly and helpful, giving us useful information and making us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Nagoya!
