Awesome service, the staff even delivered my luggage to my room by the time I returned to check in. The room is well-equipped, the bed is comfy, the onsen is beautiful and awesome, it even has a shampoo bar with different shampoos for every type of hair. Definitely stay here! Pretty close to the station too, which makes transportation much easier! :)

I loved everything! The staff was so welcoming, nice and helpful, made all the experience so satisfactory. The room was clean with a nice view and I loved that they left me in the room the newspaper everyday.

Beautifully renovated with an additional toilet upstairs which was really important for a family. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment and the futons was really comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Great location in central Nagoya close to many department stores, good sized rooms, nice atmosphere, polite staff. Got a room with a city view, which was very quiet. Conveniently close to metro line.
