Our highest recommendation in ALL regards! The brand new feeling of quality, the location with walking distance to shops and restaurants, the wonderful amenities in rooms and club lounge, but above all that the staff are the most impressive we have met from all our travels around the world! Our young daughter by accident left her cell phone in the taxi on our way to the airport from the hotel. Not only did the hotel staff call the taxi company and located the phone and had it brought there, one of the staff then took a motorbike to the airport to hand deliver it to us so we could still make our flight in time and refused to accept anything for their troubles. The hospitality and kindness of this hotel will forever stay in our hearts, trust us that you will be happy to stay there you too!!

Lovely clean modern room with everything you need for a family . Perfect location a few minutes walk to local monorail station and 10 minutes easy walk to the main shopping street of Naha .
Hosts were so lovely and let us drop our bags early .

I stayed at Hotel Minimums for two weeks and it was truly a fantastic experience. The entire team works every day with so much kindness, energy, and genuine hospitality that you feel welcome from the very first moment. No question was ever too much and every staff member did their absolute best to help, always with a smile.
The hotel is incredibly clean, tidy, and well-organized, but what really made my stay special were the people who work there. I would like to highlight one staff member in particular: a very kind lady from the team (Mrs. Hatomi I hope it’s written correctly) Despite the language barrier she helped me in an exceptionally attentive and caring way. She seemed to understand what I needed, always thought along with me and did everything she could to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
The entire team truly goes above and beyond for their guests. I never felt uncomfortable, uncertain, or unheard, on the contrary, I felt seen and taken care of. That is rare, and exactly what makes this place so special.
Thank you to everyone at Hotel Minimums. You made my trip unforgettable. I will definitely return!

Spacious, clean and had almost everything. Appliances, bath and toilet were nice and new. Lots of little extras and having a nice hot bath was excellent after a long day.
It was a very pleasant stay and the air conditioning was perfect. Easy to get into the room and fuss free.

Great price/value, clean, comfortable, reasonably close to city centre.
Very spacious for the price: my friend booked another hotel for more money, which was half the size and only had a single bed.
There is no service desk on location, but communication through email was quick and helpful. Entry is also quite easy to figure out because of instructions provided after booking.

The hotel has a quaint charm. It is a bit run down but the rooms are bigger than normal and have a bit of an old colonial feel. The staff are lovely, even allowed us to access the room earlier.
