Amazing hotel. The quality is superb: the rooms, bathrooms, all amenities, breakfast and a multitude of great services provided by the staff. The location is insanely close to the main slopes entrance. Look no further if you wish to stay in Niseko Hirafu.

Our stay at Chatrium Niseko was fantastic. Our room was incredible - much larger than expected, stocked with many breakfast supplies to help us start our day off well, with fantastic views of the resort, and the beds were so so comfortable! It felt like a luxury stay. Loved the shuttle in the morning and the ski storage area, and the convenience of being able to return our ski rentals in the hotel. There was a great cafe in the hotel, and we had dinner at Temporada (also within the hotel) and it was so delicious. The staff were also a highlight. They were so friendly and helpful, and they spent so much time helping us ship our luggage to Tokyo! We would highly recommend staying here if in Niseko!

very well designed modern and comfortable room, with smart TV, dishwasher, wash machine and all the kitchen appliances. had dinner at méli mélo the French-Italian restaurant, food was delicious. coffee made by an Italian barista was the best I had in Hokkaido.

Slowlife was awesome and offered all the facilities that you’ll need for a great ski trip. Breakfast was tasty with a good range of options, the perfect way to start a day on the slopes. Food: many kinds of food, like coffee, eggs, etc. And you can also do self-service Location: Only 200 meters (I think) away from Niseko grand Hirafu, it's easy to get my destination. Staff: The lord lady is very patient and I am appreciate that she waited us until 12:00 pm. We also had nice talks about life, playing and works. Facilities: Ski room, natural indoor hot spring, everything you need.

The whole experience together feels like you're staying at a “home-stay” hotel! Location is amazing, so close to the base and welcome centre of ski area, and next to convenient stores/drugstores/ restaurants. The breakfasts were AMAZING, we stayed for 5 nights and every morning there are new addition to the buffet. Staff were all so helpful and friendly. Facilities were great there are several common rooms to chill, must go explore around the hotel there are a lot of hidden gems. convenient ski and snowboard storage rooms with warm boots area. ONSEN was greaaaaaaaaatt, you can look out onto the snow in the outdoor natural onsen. The room we chose had a view to yotei mountain and it was amazing too.
