The staff was very friendly and able to speak English. The check-in and check-out processes were easy. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice. The lobby had free snacks and drinks, which was a bonus.
The location is excellent. The hotel is close to subway lines and within walking distance to Dotonbori.

The great location near Dotonbori. The spa was nice and there was a microwave you can use on the same floor as the spa. 7-11 just a few steps away, but the free coffee in room was delicious. Help desk spoke very good english.

It’s very close to Dotonbori, 10 min away from bus terminal, nearby convenience stores and drugstores. Excellent location.
It was very clean, the pods are very comfortable and they even have mirror and their own TV. They have locker to storage luggage. The amenities are very good as well, they even offer PJ’s to people:
The staff working there are very friendly and helpful.
I really enjoyed the experience of showering Japanese style and with a jacuzzi at the bathroom.
