The location is placed at a very convenient area, near entertainment center. Brand new hotel which serves best services, nice attitude from managers to staffs. They’re always looking for a way improvement, especially while we’ve stayed at 12F the guy who could speak very well at English, on beside of way carefully cleaning our room made us pleased, was guided us enthusiastic what to do and where to go around, really appreciate it. Hopefully, see you soon back.

The hotel is very good located, only one station away from Universal Studios Japan! Very clean, very good and comfortable beds and pillows! They were excellent! We slept so well! The shower is big and top modern! The staff is friendly!

Great location - very close to the metro station. Everything is clean, the room is big and the bad is comfortable. Great views from the room. We enjoyed the breakfast - it was very tasty with lots of choices. Our only regret is that we book the room only for 1 night. Osaka definitely needs more than 1 day and we will return here next time and book the same hotel.

Some of the best staff I ever experienced. Very friendly and courteous. Room had a nice river view. Free shuttle to Osaka station (not Shinkansen one).

Hotel 88 Shinsaibashi is an 8-minute walk from OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal) and a 10-minute walk from Namba Station. Glico Man Sign is a 4-minute walk from the property.

Superb very friendly staff, even went the extra and gave early check in (around 11am). Free tea, coffee and soft drink in the lounge area every day. Art works all through the hotel. SPACIOUS! Our 'room' had sleeping room (King bed), sitting area with couch and desk, toilet, wash area, and separate bath/shower room - huge by any standard but especially so by typical Japanese hotel rooms. Short walks to main attraction areas.
