A good, modern hotel located in a relatively quiet area, not far from the main train station. The room was clean, of moderate size, and featured a balcony. A variety of complimentary beverages were available for hotel guests in the lobby. The breakfast was quite diverse and tasty. Overall, everything was very satisfactory, and we did not encounter any significant drawbacks during our two-night stay.
Special thanks to the receptionist who kindly helped us retrieve an umbrella we had forgotten in the luggage room on the day of our arrival.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. I actually booked it a bit last minute and ended up re-booking it when we went back to Osaka as we had such a great first experience.
First of all, the location is perfect, right next to Namba station, making it very easy for day trips (like Koyasan) or for exploring Osaka. It's 10 min walk to Dotonburi or Den Den town, with so many restaurants and animations in the area.
The hotel is super clean and very modern. We had a little flat with a separate bedroom and a living room. There was a huge TV screen with netflix etc. The washing/drying machine was very useful! We didn't cook but there was also everything needed in the kitchen area.
Reception is open 24/7. There is a gym and a sauna (which we didn't use). Room was quiet and cosy and a great place to come back to after exploring. Really recommend it!

We like location, quality of property, cleanest, calmness, comfort, direct connection to the metro (remember to check your exit), available water/juice in room, breakfast, AC system which we regulate, bar at top floor. Staff was professional and impeccable! There is convenience store in the basement but also near by. Excellent value for money!
