Lounge area to relax on ground floor with stylish furniture and free tea and coffee.
Bedroom and shower really spacious and bright. Shower was amazing.
A room for guest do laundry, relax,make a hot drink and use a fragrance was a great touch.
Cleaned room really well when requested.

We were delighted with the family room and facilities. We are a family of four, with two teenagers who slept in the super comfy bunk beds. We were so happy with the room because it was spacious and had a small kitchen which was perfect for us to heat up any convenience meals we picked up at the supermarket around the corner. The hotel was so well located, just around the corner from the subway station and amidst small eateries, a very short walk away from the main streets. It was peaceful and quiet at night. We were greeted by Jake who was extremely helpful and welcoming.The rest of the staff were just as warm and friendly. The hotel also has a coin laundry which was very useful as we were travelling with small bags. Thank you, Mimaru Osaka Shinsaibashi West ! We will definitely recommend you and we would stay with you again without hesitation if we are lucky enough to return to Osaka.
