It was a really nice hotel, modern with a lot of comfort. The room was big. The bathroom with the shower and separate tub was great. The beverage supply was awesome, and if you need to wash your clothes, you can check the free laundry machines and the time you have left via tv from your room. I also liked the security standard. You can only use the elevator to the rooms with a key card.

I loved staying here, everyone was so helpful and kind to me and I especially want to thank Shin who stayed way past the end of his shift so I could check in which I truly appreciated and was so thankful for. Apart from everyone working there and their kindness and genuine care for guests, I loved the interior of the hotel which is kind of Scandi - Japanese, the beds and pillows are very comfortable and of good quality, everything is very clean and the breakfast is delicious. The location was great too and I loved having a little balcony with loads of plants in my room and having birds visit :). If I’m in Osaka again I will definitely stay here

A lovely hotel in very good location close to restaurants and shopping streets. Room with sofa and work table is very cozy and comfort. Bathroom is perfect. Espresso capsule machine is impressive. Green tea capsule is very good! This hotel will be the top of mind when I go to Osaka.
