Amazing hotel with outstanding service! We were here on our honeymoon and the staff at desk upgraded our stay and also left a very thoughtful celebration card & sweets in the room. Spotless clean, great amenities and a short walk to Namba station. Liber Hotel exceeded my expectation. I was just checking hotels close to Universal, and this hotel popped up on Booking with super high marks. And now I understand they really deserve that mark. It's a massive hotel with lots of facilities. Highlight is their sightseeing escalator, you can see the whole Universal. Our room was facing another side and you could see the Ferris Wheel which was a such surprise for me at night time. It's super convenient since you only walk half minute from the train station to the hotel. There's also a 7-11 convenience store about 200 metres away. It's only one station away from Universal or you can choose to walk there too. It's also easy to transfer to other trains to the central of Osaka. Morning breakfast is a little bit pricy, for adult is 4400 yen and kids above 6 years old is 2200yen, but I feel it worth it since the food quality was awesome. The food was variety and fresh, so many options. The restaraunt also has a massive patio you could eat outside and enjoy the view of the harbor. For the ranking, I will give them 10/10.

Excelent location near Dotonbori and metro stations. Lots of restaurants and different kinds of stores. Very nice vibe at night and also very quiet. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very well decorated. The staff is outstanding. We got a medical issue during our stay, and the General Manager Ms. Ishikawa and her team were super nice helping with phone calla and tranlation. And they keep up after that to check if we were ok.. Awesome!

The unit was awesome. I had booked 1 unit of two room executive apartment and 1 unit of executive studio King unit. Literally, all staffs i had met over here were friendly. Every question we asked f was answered friendly. Breakfast was top notch. I saw some previous reviews stating long queue for breakfast and limited variety of food options during breakfast. However, throughout my 4 nights stay with 2 elderly and 2 kids here, we had never need to queue for breakfast. Of course, some of the items were repeated, such as SiewMai, rice, porridge, passeterries, but most of the main dish option changes daily. I will definitely revisit this unit whenever I need to come to Osaka. Yet, the location is strategic, walking distance to Namba station, stone throw away from Ramen, Yakiniku and Yakitori spots.

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the complementary coffee as well as the option of breakfast availability. We also looked the spacious rooms and the practicality of how the rum is set up. We also loved the AC was available, and even enough hooks for both of our towels!

This is my favorite place to stay in Osaka. The space was very unique and aesthetically pleasing yet comfortable. The staff were also amiable and ensured you had everything you needed. I would definitely come back here again!
