Rooms are really well designed, spacious with fantastic floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city (we were upgraded to the 26th Floor) Nothing was absent: comfy beds, lovely bathroom, plenty of refreshments, excellent in room dining. Rooftop bar very nice with amazing views. Staff went out of their way to welcome us and were incredibly helpful and attentive when I had a small medical emergency. We will definitely stay there again :-)

The hotel is very good located, only one station away from Universal Studios Japan! Very clean, very good and comfortable beds and pillows! They were excellent! We slept so well! The shower is big and top modern! The staff is friendly!

Wonderful hotel to stay in Osaka. Large, clean and comfortable room and bed. The shower was large and worked perfectly. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!
