Clean room, comfortable and well-equipped. The bathroom is spacious with good facilities. The lounge with free non-alcoholic drinks and opened till 10pm is lovely. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood near the commercial area and away from the busy tourist/shopping areas. Yet easy to get around by metro which is just 2-3 minutes' walk away. 15-20 minutes' walk to the Shinsaibashi area.

Hotel rooms are of good size, well designed, had lots of storage, beds were soft and comfortable, and basic amenities were provided. Staff were nice and friendly, and even helped us book a transfer to Kansai International Airport. Lounge was gorgeous, the restaurant breakfast was delicious, and there was even a gym and common space for guests to hang (although we didn't get to use the gym and common space anymore). Hotel is also around an 8 - 10 minute walk to Osaka Station and there's a Family Mart and McDonald's just around the corner.

Superior hotel! The staff is polite, and the room is spacious and clean. Excellent Breakfast was included, with a choice of three restaurants. I opted for the continental breakfast with Japanese dishes – the menu was diverse, including freshly squeezed juices. Very convenient that the hotel offers a shuttle bus every 20 minutes to the central station, which made getting around the city much easier – I used it every day. Very satisfied and highly recommend!
