We thought that the hotel was absolutely perfect! We couldn't get over how helpful and kind all of the staff were. They rang a taxi for us and personally waited until our taxi pulled away with us in it. The room was fantastic with everything we could possibly need. Beds were super comfortable and the location was great - just a short 25 minute walk until you were in the heart of Osaka.

Upon booking the place, there was a bit of confusion with the host, but it was quickly resolved as the host was extremely understanding and welcoming. As we entered the unit, we were pleasantly surprised to find it spotless and fully equipped with everything I needed. The location of the unit was perfect, as it was conveniently situated near various convenience stores and grocery shops. Additionally, the train station was just a stone's throw away, making it easy to get around. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

I really liked the stay here. The apartment was clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and I've got everything I needed. The place was equipped with many utensils like pan, cutlery, cups, and also cleaning soaps, towels, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Because I stayed in December, it was pretty cold in Osaka, but I had AC with a heat option, which worked very well. For me, as a person traveling alone, it was a great stay. The owners of the facility were kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel, it is very near two stations which lead to the center of Osaka and it's very convenient. The photos on the site are accurate.

Osaka was the last leg of our unforgettable journey in Japan. We chose this place for its charm. Niho's house is 110 years old which is very rare in Osaka. We spent 2 nights there and the house was even better than what we had expected. It has the charm and beauty of on old Japanese house but features all mod cons. The futon beds are very confortable. It is so atmospheric !
Niho, the owner, was very welcoming and looked after us all the way through. She is incredibly nice and thoughtful. She prepared nice breakfasts and offered us tea and biscuits when we turned up the first day. She prepared the Onsen for us too.
The house is very well located. Just a short walk to the nearest local train station which brings you to the city centre in 10 minutes. It is also very convenient if one wants to get to the airport which was our case. Thanks Niho for sharing this place with us and for your kindness ! We miss you.

It was a great location. Beautiful and clean rooms. Nice selection of amenities and free parking. We also were given a complimentary bottle of Champagne because it was a birthday celebration. So it was a superb experience overall!!! highly recommended!
