We had an emergency situation back at home and needed to leave the following day. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to assist us. From the check-in, the staff contacted Booking to make the change in our reservation without any extra charge, to the concierge who went out of her way to assist us in purchasing train tickets. She even wrote us a personal note, expressing her sympathy. We cannot express enough our gratitude for their extraordinary service.
Breakfast was very good, the bed comfortable and the shower was great.
Although we had to limit our stay, this is a hotel that we shall gladly visit again.

This hotel was definitely the best of our three accomodations on our trip to Japan. First of all, the location was great. We did day trips to Kyoto, Kobe and Hiroshima, and it was easy to get to Shin-Osaka station via the local metro that is located underneath the hotel. It was also very convenient to get around Osaka from the hotel. The view from our room was amazing. The room was very clean, quiet and spacious enough for our four luggages. All in all our stay was very pleasant and I would recommend this hotel to everyone and stay again for sure.

This is a extremely westernized hotel option, so it was comfortable because it was familiar, there was a lot of staff and almost everyone spoke English. This hotel is close to Osaka station, but it will take a bit to get used to the streets and locations. There is a Donki really close and several food options, right around the corner there is a bar alley, so if your are into nightlife, this is a great option for you. The staff was extremely helpful on assisting to have our luggage shipped to our next location. There was also a 24-hr convenience store inside the hotel!
