Large room with an enormous balcony with awesome city views and a table and chairs. A very comfortable and luxurious place to stay. The bar was a really nice touch for hotel residents with free drinks and nibbles and a lovely terrace to enjoy the night lights of the city.

We had an emergency situation back at home and needed to leave the following day. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to assist us. From the check-in, the staff contacted Booking to make the change in our reservation without any extra charge, to the concierge who went out of her way to assist us in purchasing train tickets. She even wrote us a personal note, expressing her sympathy. We cannot express enough our gratitude for their extraordinary service.
Breakfast was very good, the bed comfortable and the shower was great.
Although we had to limit our stay, this is a hotel that we shall gladly visit again.

Close to Osaka Station within the Umeda business district.Plenty of swanky department stores in easy reach. The Ignite Cafe on the ground floor has a good salad bar. The hotel staff are professional and switched on. We booked a twin room with a view of the city. It was roomy and comfortable. The cocktail Bar near reception has a great view and was a nice spot for a negroni. If I was ever to revisit Osaka I would stay here again.
