Staff were amazing. We could leave our luggage before check in and after check out. It was raining heavily but the entrance was about 30m from the West exit. Super easy to stay.

This residence situated in a walking distance from Yono station and the village itself is very neat. Before arriving every information you need to enter into house is given via message which is very helpful. Once you enter into the house, you’ll find everything you need and you’ll need while staying is neatly equipped!!! 😃 and this place is very cozy so you can feel at home as soon as you arrive! I strongly recommend this cozy residence to everyone who visits Saitama, Tokyo etc.

Had a pleasant experience staying in this hotel. The room is quite spacious considering it's Japan, props to the staffs for keeping the room clean each day, they even changed the towel regularly. Free coffee, amenities, and there's also a coin laundry. The staffs are all welcoming and helpful, they assisted me with the Kuro Neko (luggage transport service) to transfer my luggage and the coin laundry. Not to mention, the location is just so strategic, surrounded by convenient stores, restaurants, cafes, and connected to the subway station.

Room is very large compared to others in Japan. Everything looked very clean. Especially in the kitchen. It's close to Warabi station and has supermarkets and convinient stores nearby.

Excellent location. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Was very close to Kita-Akabane train station which we thought was a great hub to get around Tokyo. There were 2 supermarkets nearby to make shopping easy and was able to cook meals using the facilities at the accommodation. We stayed while in peak summer, but the air conditioning worked great. The accommodation was clean, and bedrooms were very generous in size. Plentiful soaps in the bathroom, Kitchen had adequate cookware and utensils. We needed to ask our host for assistance a couple times but Lan responded immediately and was always able to provide a solution.

Basically there are 3 independent rooms with double beds, a kitchen and a washroom in this apartment, which is good for our family. The host Lanning is exceptional. She has been very responsive and has helped us whenever we requested. She even went to show us the train station and buy tickets for us. Also, she stored luggage for us when we went for few days to Osaka. Cleaning service was provided whenever requested. The train station is like 2 minutes walk and very convenient. There are grocery stores and some restaurants nearby.
