One of my best experiences in Japan. The hotel sites inside The JR Sendai station, it's very convenient when using the shinkansen or the metro.The hotel is close to everything you need - shops, restaurants, convenient stores. The rooms are huge, nicely decorated and very comfortable, The bathtub was really big, probably the biggest I saw in Japan. I was given a room on the floor before the last and I had a gorgeous view of Sendai.
The staff is super nice and polite and helps you with everything with a smile.
The buffet is one of the best I ever had in Japan and I went to lots of buffets in Japan.
Everything's was so delicious and the selection was really huge, especially the mashed potato, tofu and Miyagi vegetables, it was really the best. If you have the choice don't miss the buffet, it was really worth it.

This was a very positive experience. The room (end of the corridor) was plenty big enough for the two of us, allowing us to pack the three suitcases we had before sending them to the airport. Laundry facilities were clever, as you could see on your TV when a machine was available. Cleaning staff were exceptionally helpful - one day we asked for extra water as we were thirsty, and the lady remembered the following day as well. Reception team were professional but still friendly - you always get a better vibe in Tohoku in comparison to Kanto, in my opinion. Also, there was a microwave available near our room, which enabled us to cook proper meals when we weren't eating out. The bathroom was really nice, too - unusually spacious.

The location is excellent. It's just two blocks away from Sendai Station. It is close enough yet not directly facing all the buzz. Because it is newly renovated, so it is very modern and clean. The room is huge in Japanese standard. There is a study table and a coffee table, so it is just right for mine and wife's need. I must mention the freebies corner. There are soft drinks, coffee, tea, soup, ice-cream and a lot of tidbits, and a huge guest lounge where you can rest and chilled before going back to the room. Also must mention is the toiletries corner where you can collect whatever you need. Just spoilt with choices.
Another worth mention is the lady traffic controller who direct car parking gave good and clear instructions. Thumbs-up.
