The rooms were super clean. The atmosphere as well as the staff were exceptional. The location which was reasonably close to the train station. The station (Nippori) has the Yamanote line running through, which can get you to any of the major wards in Tokyo.

We were able to relax and rest from the fatigue of our tiring trip thanks to great accommodation. Accommodation was clean, comfortable, and thoughtful. The neighbor's tonkatsu dish was also very good. We will definitely come back next time we come to Tokyo. Thank you!!^^

Great stay for the price - we booked 2 rooms for 4 people and were given rooms next to each other which was perfect. The staff was super friendly and helpful and they stored our luggage for us even after checkout. The rooms were small but that was expected. The neighborhood was quiet but had everything we needed and it was close to the subway to go into the main parts of the city!
