Superb Japanese hotel with premium facilities and premium service. Everybody was very welcoming - they also changed and proposed another room as per our request (we wanted non smoking instead of smoking). SPA is very good. Location is really good in order to understand that Tokyo is not only crowded city, but has other really nice neighbourhoods with really good restaurants. Metro is not faw away and all main districts are reachable easily. Concierges do their job perfectly. We have ordered babysitting service for our kid and it was perfectly executed.

The room was so well designed. Loved the Japanese toilet and shower. Great having temperature control. Clear written instructions are provided for the appliances and house info. There were 2 long couches so we could open our suitcases onto one and still have a couch. Kitchen was well set up as you can see in the photos. Comfortable beds with 2 types of pillow ( feather soft and firm) Couldn’t hear the fridge at all. It may be a peltier. There is a washing machine but they also provided a hanging rack with multiple hangers and a mini metal clothes line with pegs you can hang on the shower rail. Close to Yushima station. Quiet area. Helpful staff at reception 24hrs who speak English.

First time visiting Tokyo and stayed here for 10 days. As a solotraveller this place was absolutely perfect and worth every yen. I will not hesitate to book this place again next time I visit Tokyo. You have all that you need here. You have your own little kitchen and all the utensils that you may need if you want to cook your own food. There is a microwave (Life saver) to heat up the 7-eleven/Lawson meals you bring back. Air conditioning working flawlessly, and you have your own washing machine to wash you clothes and the shower room can double as a drying room for your clothes, so they dry much much faster (amazing idea). The walk to the train station is about 10 mins, which I think is so nice, because you just walk in a straight line in a very local area. On the way you come across a Lawson and several eating spots for when you walk back at night. The area is also SUPER safe and quiet. I did not feel worried at all walking home very late at night.
The train station is the Yamanote line, which is the only line you really need to get to the major touristy areas of Tokyo (very convenient).
So, if you want to live like a local during your stay in Tokyo i cannot recommend this place enough. Check-in and Check-out was super smooth and there was no trouble whatsoever during my stay.

The staffs are exceptional and took the extra miles to help me. My luggage was broken and needed to look for a replacement, the staff helped me search for places to fix and advised me to buy new ones from Ameyokocho. We had a Premium Floor Room, so the View was spectacular and for the Breakfast we could go to the Rooftop Restaurant and had a great Breakfast and not to much people, so it was very quiet.
The Location is amazing, little Shopping Center next to you and a big Onsen to relax.

Close to everything we needed. Right under Hotel is Don Quijote (superstore where you can buy almost everything) and across the road is Tokyo Dome. Two subways close by. We enjoyed our 7 night stay.
