The location of the hotel was excellent, in the heart of the Akihabara district, however in the silent small street just a second from the main street. Very close to Akihabara station (both green and blue lines) and other metro stations. Just the opposite of the hotel, there is a superb ramen restaurant! Also, Familymart (open 24h) was few steps from the hotel. The staff was very helpful and attentive, and the check in (and check out) process went smoothly. The breakfast had both the buffet part and a la card part and was nice and tasty.

The Marunouchi Hotel is everything I want in a hotel. The location is of course amazing with Tokyo Station next door. However, I can safely say that I would have loved to spend many more nights here than just the one. The reception staff is very welcoming and attentive, their english was very good which we appreciated a lot. Our room was furnished to a really nice standard, with a comfy bed and great amenities. Everything was spotless and wonderfully clean. Our room overlooked Tokyo Station so we had a nice time watching the trains come and go while having a coffee in the morning. Finally, the hotel had organised a special sake to be handed out for New Years Day. I can't wait to book this hotel again, and also try the restaurants there.

Great location with good restaurants and shopping nearby. Fairly quiet area right next to the main shopping area, and the shrine across the street was wonderful. Hotel itself was better than expected, and a good experience!

It was spacious and enough room for the three of us. Everything in the room was really clean. we had good night sleeps on the firm mattresses. our daughter could rent a Nintendo switch (free of charge) for overnight - which was a nice surprise. Great location.
