Everything was perfect. We stayed in a beautiful corner room which was spacious with good sized bathroom. Shower was amazing and bath as well.
First I thought the bed was too hard but after a few nights I realized it was just a perfect bed for me! :)
This was also the first hotel that provided us a separate bin for baby diapers without asking! Bravo!
There are many stores within walking distance such as 7-11, Lawson, My Basket etc…

Perfect location, it is a 10-minute walk from the station and you can get to the Imperial Palace in around 10 minutes. The area around the hotel is quiet, there is no noise from cars, and there are not many people around.
The reception has a lounge where you can sit and enjoy the view of Tokyo. In the room, there are floor-to-ceiling windows which make the spacious room even bigger.
The room has a good bed and sheets with free pajamas. There is a good selection of amenities. Everything was clean.

This is my second stay in Okura hotel. Everything about the hotel is exceptional. It’s clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in all aspects. Buffet breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. Japanese breakfast is superb. The service is attentive and efficient. Room itself is well equipped with excellent design.

Greatly located in the heart of Ginza and so close to the Shinbashi station. Premier rooms are really good value for money, bed is extra large and the choice of snacks/beverages means less of a headache for many travelers. Breakfast was OK with a choice of Japanese or Western/pastry themes rotated daily, but would not rank it as fabulous. Good coffee in the room and extra points for the Dyson hairdryer.

Greeted by kind and helpful staff.
The rooms are good sized and extremely clean with an incredible view. Loved the waterfall shower. Super convenient with the metro in the same building.
Breakfast was also very delicious, definitely worth adding to your stay. Will stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo.
