This was by far the best experience we’ve had in Japan. The hotel’s location was amazing, right in the heart of Shibuya, with a 7-11 store integrated right into the hotel. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and overall made us feel right at home. The room was very comfortable, with a stunning view of Tokyo.

Super friendly staff, great location for a first time visitor to Tokyo. Ideal for anyone travelling around Japan as they offer laundry and a kitchen area if you fancy cooking yourself vs eating out for the night. This came in very handy for me as I was running the Tokyo marathon and needed a place to make breakfast very early morning.

Located within 400 metres of Toguri Museum of Art and 500 metres of Shibuya Center Town, illi Mani Shibuya provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Tokyo.

Amazing attention to detail that made the stay even more relaxing: turndown service, delicious complementary coffee in room, welcome drink, inventive and tasty cocktails in the guest exclusive hotel bar). The immediate surrounding area was very atmospheric and had plenty to do. Recommend getting a reservation at Fuku nearby in particular- we ended up going twice! Friendly and helpful staff who helped us organise reservations, luggage transfer, and gave tips (Tsubasa's 'plan your next day whilst relaxing in the hot tub' tip deserves a special mention). We would go back in a heartbeat (and hope to one day!)

One of the best stays I’ve had in Tokyo. The location is perfect — quiet, stylish, and surrounded by a beautiful neighborhood that feels both local and modern. The team’s hospitality was outstanding; everyone was incredibly welcoming and genuinely helpful, especially with planning parts of my trip inside Japan. My room was amazing. The design, atmosphere, and little details created this chilled, home-like vibe that made it easy to relax after long days. Even though I stayed only one night, it left a strong impression, and I’m already planning to come back for a longer stay. Highly recommended
