Location was perfect. Large Family mart just a few steps away. The river next to it is lined with beautiful sakura trees. My room is plenty spacious for a solo traveler. Price is unmatched. Very nice.

The size of the apartment was good for Tokyo standards, it was exceptionally clean. The location was very convenient for using Yamonote Line and metro. There were supermarkets nearby, There were options for cafes and restaurants too. The building from exterior is not very impressive and needs a fresh coat of paint but apartment inside was in perfect condition. Once or twice we could smell some unpleasant odour in the toilet in our 4 night stay.
