Extremely helpful and attentive staff. Easy self-check in. Tasty breakfast in Jam17 dining. Staff provided to all guests umbrellas during the rainy day. Hotel in a high-rise building with excellent views. We were placed on the highest 38th floor. Bus service to Narita and Haneda airport right from the hotel.

Friendly staff, clean, modern accommodation. We only stayed one night but would love to stay here again and further explore the area. This would be an amazing hotel to stay if you are planning to attend a Yakult Swallows baseball game as the stadium is across the street. About a 9 minute walk to the train station which is only 1 stop away from Shibuya Station. Easy walk to Harajuku shopping area and Takeshita Street.

This place is amazing and I can’t wait to stay here again. The location is right in Korea-town. This was my first stay on my first Japan trip, it was lovely being welcomed with so much warmth and joy. Not only does this hotel looks beautiful, inside and outside, from the lobby to the room, also there are so many free amenities, drinks and food. When I checked out, the staff took the time to say goodbye in the same way they welcomed me 🥰 I felt super taken care of!

The stay was perfect for my siblings and I, and the host was so friendly and helpful! We were pleasantly surprised at how big the room was considering Japanese standards. The beds are big and comfy and if you like taking baths, the bath tub is also really big. The building feels new and has lovely traditional Japanese decor. It was great having everything you need for a longer stay such as easy access to laundry and kitchen. The location is quite central but also nice and quiet with grocery store and 7-eleven right nearby. We loved that there was a quick 20 min. walk to the big shopping streets of Shinjuku where you can basically buy anything. Subway is also very close by which made it easy to get to other nearby popular areas of Tokyo. I would definitely come back and have already recommended the place to family members travelling to Tokyo soon. Thank you for hosting us and the lovely accommodation!

This is the best place we've stayed in all our travels. Our host and his wife are the most amazing and accommodating people we've ever met. They even got us tickets to places that we couldn't get ourselves.
He picked us up from the shin-Okubo station when we arrived quite late and dropped us off at Shinjuku station when we left for our next journey.
The apartment is very homely. There was bottled mineral water for us. It has everything we need and is very clean. The bed is a little bit firmer than what we're used to but we sleep ok. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Have a washing machine which is great. We used the local laundromat which is 1 minute walk from the apartment to dry our clothes as it rained quite a bit on our stay. Just enough room for the three of us with our 3 luggages. The walk to the station is 8-10 minutes and the surrounding area is bustling with all sorts of Asian eateries and shops. We will definitely come back and stay again. Highly recommended!

A gem of accommodation! My family’s first time staying in Okubo and the location between 2 train stations is very convenient. Plenty of combinis, eateries and shops within walking distance. 15 minutes stroll to Shinjuku. The hotel itself exudes Japanese minimalism yet was also very inviting at the same time, in part due to the friendly and helpful staff. Amenities and facilities are top notch - from the washing machine in-room, to water dispensers on ground floor, to umbrellas for guest use on rainy days, we were so well taken care of during our four nights here. Easily our favourite hotel of this trip where we stayed in 5 different hotels over 10 days. Would love to return here again soon and highly recommend to families on a budget who travel light. Soundproofing is excellent as well - peaceful through the day and night. Bonus bathtub and a large tv. Wifi signal is strong and reliable. Security is great with staff present during a large part of the day, and gated access to the compound after hours. The use of technology for seamless check in and check out, as well as for emergency use during unmanned hours means we always felt taken care of 24/7. They even provided bubble wrap and tape as a thoughtful gesture to guests wanting to pack their precious souvenirs.

Hotel was new, thus everything was fresh and clean. It’s close enough to Shinjuku area and subway stations. Taxi drivers also had no problems finding it. Restaurants and pharmacies and convenience stores within 200 meters. Kids loved the bunk beds.
