Service was incredible. Rooms were good sized for a city hotel but the small features really made it quite luxurious. Happy hour every evening was perfect to come back to after a busy day of sight seeing!

This is the second time we have stayed at Rosenheim, and it was just as good as the first time.
The rooms are relatively large and spacious, as well as clean. The staff are so helpful, they assisted when we were shipping our luggage via courier services. Additionally, it is in a convenient location, near JR stations as well and many food options!
We highly recommend Rosenheim :)

The location was the best thing, 5 minute walk to the station which can take you all around Tokyo. The room was warm and clean. The host was very generous, as he picked us up from the station and dropped us back, each time providing us with a beverage and helping us with our bags. Definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely comfortable and compact room in a quiet road near the buzz of Shinjuku. Automated check-in and check-out was very simple. Near the metro station so very convenient and mattresses were very comfortable. We loved our stay and also appreciated the umbrellas that were available at the front door.
