Very spacious and clean! Easy to get into Tokyo city center by bus and close to a cute coffee shop and grocery store.

Clean, modern, and spacious unit. Relatively near to shin koenji station (10min walk for us), the neighborhood got pretty chill and peaceful vibe which we love so much. Plenty of practical amenities (microwave, ironing, washing machine, utensils). Definitely well worth the price!
