Everything was perfect ! The staff is really kind, breakfast is delicious, rooms are so spacious, bed is very comfortable ! Staff is very helpful and they agreed to keep our luggages during our trip in other cities! This is probably one of the best hotels in Tokyo. Fantastic apartment. Excellent communication with off site staff. Early check in available for a small extra fee which was really helpful after an early flight to Japan. Two separate sleeping areas with sliding doors made for a great home from home for a few days. Easy to get to by direct train from Haneda airport. Would stay again.
