(Note: I booked my room during the Black Friday deals, so I was able to stay at a price cheaper than the standard.)
The room I stayed in (Superior Corner King Room) was wide and spacious, far bigger than any hotel room I've stayed at in Japan.
Bed was very comfortable - soft but not overly so, so I had no trouble going to sleep.
The bathroom has barriers separating the toilet, the sink, and the bathtub/shower stall, which I appreciated. The shower stall and bathroom were also 75% bigger than any I've used before.
I did not interact with the staff that much, but found them very friendly and capable of providing guidance in English.
The hotel is very close to Ryogoku Station (Sobu Line), which you can take to Akihabara (just 2 stops away) or Shinjuku to access various other subway lines. This also makes it easy to get to and from Narita Airport. If you don't mind a bit of walking, you can get to the hotel without needing any transfers by taking the Keisei Narita Skyaccess to Higashi-Nihombashi.
You can get on a water bus at the Ryogoku River Center for a pleasant ride (1 hour and 30 minutes) to and from Odaiba. It might take longer than the subway, but it's far more relaxing and scenic.
My room had 2 USB ports, which I appreciated since it meant I could charge my watch and phone without relying on a plug adapter.
The food at the hotel restaurant was enjoyable too, I enjoyed the beef stew and the coffee.

I strongly recommend this accommodation, with neat and wonderful facility and service. First of all the lobby's interior and the atmosphere were fascinating, the facility itself as a whole art museum.
Staff services were overall pleasant and guest-friendly. I booked a room for 4 people and were able to sleep in each individual bed,which was comfortable enough. Room and bathroom were both tidy and well prepared, plus the room area was big enough for all 4 of us to unpack our luggage.
It was also an intriguing experience to look around the artistic storage in the basement floor.

We booked the large family room for our family of five: two parents and children aged 9, 7, and 3. The room was spacious and had a very pleasant dining/kitchen area, where we started our days with a meal together, and where we sat down in the evenings before going to bed. The bathroom was very clean and the kids loved taking baths in the Japanese-style bathtub.
If you travel with children you'll know that kids can't eat out 3 times a day, and they need some time to decompress in private, away from the hustle and bustle of tourist activities. The spacious room really helped us in this regard.
MIMARU is a great place to stay when visiting Tokyo -- the Kinshicho JR station is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, and there are many restaurants and shops in the vicinity (including a 24/7 SEIYU supermarket).
The staff were super helpful and very accommodating.

This was probably the cleanest place we've ever stayed! The staff took care of the smallest details: we were given robes, nightwear, slippers, toothbrushes, bath products, a razor... the list goes on. What's more, the cosmetics and cleaning products were of the highest quality. I regret that we don't have such at home :) The room was cleaned perfectly every day. Not to mention the legendary Japanese toilet 🙂

I absolutely loved this apartment! It was spacious, comfortable, and felt like home. The furniture and appliances were modern and looked brand new—we had everything we needed for a convenient stay. There's a washing machine and a designated space to dry clothes, which was very handy.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is located close to the Skytree and the subway.
The check-in instructions were clear and simple to follow, making our arrival smooth. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. It was truly a great experience!

I only booked for one night because the other hotel I stayed at was terrible, but wow, this place completely blew me away! The rooms are so big, spacious, and incredibly clean – especially compared to the typically smaller hotel rooms you find in Japan. It felt like I had so much room to breathe, with plenty of space for my luggage and even to move around comfortably. I fell in love instantly! It’s a bit on the expensive side, but trust me when I say it’s 100% worth it. I’m definitely staying here next time I visit!
