We loved the art vibe. Everything was clean and modern. Absolutely loved the kitchenette in the basement. We also preferred the distance from the subway. It meant a good walk each day and it wasn’t far. The area is really quiet and you felt like you were miles away from busy Tokyo. Lawson around the corner was super handy.

The location is just a stone throw from Kinshicho Station which has almost everything - from baby stores (Nishimatsuya, OIOI, GU, PARCO and lots of food choices). the hotel room itself is exactly as advertised, very clean with daily room service. the breakfast is served based on your preferred timing, with trays to your room.
The bathroom is very modern and clean. the toilet seat has auto set sensor and heater, just amazing, and Refa hairdryer. The beds were by far the best we experienced in Tokyo.
Kinshicho station is connecting multiple JR line and Hanzomon making it very easy to visit central areas like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro and Akihabara.

Everything was perfect ! The staff is really kind, breakfast is delicious, rooms are so spacious, bed is very comfortable ! Staff is very helpful and they agreed to keep our luggages during our trip in other cities! This is probably one of the best hotels in Tokyo. From crockery to laundry detergent, all amenities were present. Self checkin is the best part. You dont meet anyone. Just use your codes and get into the building and your apartment. Fantastic stuff.
