Located at a very convenient area near the station with lots of good food options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was not feeling well and had to see a doctor. The staff helped to find and recommended a clinic with a doctor who spoke English.

Everything. The capsules are spacious. The washrooms are clean and well stocked with toiletries. The spacious lobby has free coffee, water, ice, and a microwave. But what really makes Resol Poshtel stand out is the staff who are courteous and committed to making your stay perfect. Throughout my time, they helped me tremendously with changing my low value coins like 1 yens, measuring the weight of my luggage, and overall general patience with making all of my requests possible. - They give you new clean pijamas everyday, you never need to wear the same pijamas for more than one night.
- They give you new clean three different sized towels everyday.
- The floor temperature was great!, not cold, not hot.
- The showers are 🙌🏻 Great !, each shower is having their own small private room so you can change your clothes or prepare your self for a shower privately, also the shower rooms are prepared with body shampoo, Hair shampoo and a hair conditioner.
- New toothbrushs and toothpastes are available 24 hours in the bathrooms area.
- Hair dryers are available in the shower area.
- Vending machine is available in the same floor in a separated room, very fast to access if you woke up at night and you would like to drink something.
- Washing machine is available also in a separated room.
- They have a lobby for eating and reading.
- Location is great.
- You can store your luggage at the hotel after check out for free !
- In case of 🌧️ rainy weather, you can take an umbrella from the hotel for free rental !

Close to the train station and the location is in the heart of all happenings in asakusa. We had a really great time. Plus the area is busy at the same time when 11pm strikes or even earlier it gets really peaceful. Best place to stay when you want to experience the busy life in Tokyo with a mix of its culture.
