From the very first day to the last, everything was absolutely wonderful. This is my first time in Japan, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure every moment was memorable. They provided excellent amenities, including affordable SIM cards, free Wi-Fi, complimentary water and coffee, and clean, modern restrooms with a traditional Japanese touch. The showers were spotless and well-equipped with free toothbrushes, bath towels for face and body, and laundry facilities (300 yen for washing and 100 yen for drying). They even offered a currency exchange machine with great rates.
What truly stood out and made this experience unforgettable was the traditional Japanese dance performance by a local artist, accompanied by an English-speaking guide who explained the meaning behind the dance and answered our questions. This unique touch is something I’ve never encountered in any other hostel.

Incredibly kind and helpful staff. The room was nice and we didn't hear anyone else in the rooms around us. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and had no problems at all. There are a handful of subway stations within five to ten minute walks from the hotel and a lot of restaurants and combinis.

Everything was perfect. Staffs were greatly helpful and friendly. They always carefully helped. Even when I got confused with something, they kindly and patiently explained and helped. This is my second visit to the Tokyo station hotel and I'm sure that I'll stay here again for my next visit. If you're familiar with big brand hotels like Hyatt, Ritz, etc..., You should try Tokyo station hotel. Strongly recommend it!
