Well placed, roughly five minutes from the main Ikebukuro station and within walking distance of Sunshine City. It’s on the Yamanote line too, so easy to get to major travel locations like Shibuya, Harajuku, etc.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, my group was three people and we had a good amount of space and were very comfortable. There’s cooking and entertainment facilities in the room, which was nice when we were tired and just wanted to relax in the evening. Of note — hotel rooms in Tokyo are notorious for being quite small and cramped, but the rooms at Mimaru are huge by comparison.
The staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Fantastic new build appartment fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay including a washer / dryer in the appartment. Very spacious for us as a couple with a baby.
Location was great, right on a couple of bus lines and no more than 10 minute walk from the nearest train station. This made getting wherever we needed to be very easy.
