Clean, pretty roomy, easy to find, comfortable. We had a great stay at Tokyo (2 parents + 6yo, 4yo and a 4mo baby).
Staff was kind and very helpful whenever we needed something. There is a Family Mart close by where I got us breakfast everyday, and the microwave in the room fits the Avent sterilizator.
The baby bed was of good quality (not just a camping crib).

First off, let me shout out Lana, who provided me with the most welcoming and pleasant service I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. She practically glowed with warmth, and was both very generous and patient. Talking to her felt like meeting an old friend. Thank you for everything Lana :)
The location itself is incredibly accessible and conveniently located. We adored the style and design of the interior, very warm and tasteful, not to mention exceptionally clean. The lighting of both the exterior and interior is beautiful as well. Incredibly comfortable atmosphere overall and makes you want to spend more time there. We stayed in a King room and felt right at home, and in fact would have loved to move in!

Location is great, short walk if take the Limousine Bus from Haneda to Sunshine City Terminal. Short walk to west Ikebukuro and Sunshine city. My wife left her gold ring during our stay and the host kindly kept it for week until we had time to pick it up.

The location is excellent – very close to the JR Yamanote Line, which connects to all other lines and takes you directly to the most attractive parts of the city.
The apartment has everything you need and even more than we expected. It’s very clean, each room has its own air conditioning, and one of the rooms has tatami mats, which gives a wonderful authentic Japanese touch. 🇯🇵 ❤️

Overall very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and allowed me to deliver our luggage which he picked up himself and personally delivered, even though this is more of a rental apartment not a hotel with front desk services. We liked that it is in a quiet residential area and there are cheap supermarkets nearby. We also enjoyed using the kitchen and washing machine.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Home was spacious and in excellent condition, as well as easily findable. Amenities in all rooms were fantastic - excellent charging ports and TVs in all the rooms were deeply appreciated. Very good air conditioning and helpful explanations for Japanese appliances. Extremely convenient proximity to great supermarkets, convenience store, and train stations. Rooftop view was nice.

The owner of Sheena to Ippei is the loveliest and most helpful person -- I felt so warmly welcomed upon arriving and throughout my stay! Additionally, the facilities are cozy, comfortable, and very clean.
In terms of location, it is only a short walk from the nearest metro station (Shiinamachi), but note that only the Ikebukuro Line stops there, meaning that transfers will often be necessary. It was no problem for me, as I enjoyed walking around the area (there are lots of little local gems!) but just something to keep in mind if planning on exploring many parts of Tokyo.
